Boca Club
This modern beach house was designed as an effortless escape for an executive on the go, his family, and his love of art, modern simplicity, and all things Italian. With soaring 18-foot ceilings, we opened the spaces to create an airy, inviting floor plan made for entertaining and making memories. Sleek natural finishes, refined Italian furnishings, and playful sculptural lighting set the stage for a remarkable art collection, with striking works and sculptures welcoming guests from the moment they enter.

The home’s clean lines and calming palette provide the perfect backdrop for the client’s collection, including works by Calder, while bold Banksy pieces bring a playful spirit to the grandchildren’s rooms. An expansive chef’s kitchen opens to a generous bar, where a dramatic stone wall and large Poons artwork create a memorable setting for drinks with friends. The wine collection here may be modest compared with the client’s larger cellar in Bedford, New York, but this is a home designed for a different kind of luxury: relaxed, spontaneous, and centered on togetherness.
Beyond the interiors, the pool and landscaped outdoor spaces extend the living areas into the fresh air. The primary suite and pool house enjoy sweeping views, while generous outdoor furnishings and a summer kitchen make gathering easy and inviting. Every detail balances modern sophistication with everyday comfort, creating a beachy sanctuary where art takes center stage, family comes first, and the best memories unfold naturally.
