The lone modern property in Delray’s beautiful Fox Chase neighborhood, this spec home featured luxe finishes and fixtures throughout. However, these young parents and frequent entertainers sought to infuse their family home with a warmer, more welcoming ambiance. Using natural materials and expertly balancing scale, we transformed cold, cavernous spaces into welcoming environments for family and friends.

Often throwing lavish parties with dozens of guests, these homeowners wanted their Delray home to have wow-factor, while still creating individual spaces that felt intimate enough for everyday life.
In the dining room and lounge area, oversized murals command attention and ground the spaces. An added gesso layer over the bold florals provides surface texture, giving the appearance of tile and a subtle shimmer from the piano lights overhead.
Wood panels in the kitchen and adjacent living room offset the bright white and sleek marble, adding warmth and richness.
Stacked stone extends seamlessly from interior spaces to the patio walls and columns, while huge floor to ceiling windows create expansive sightlines and unobstructed views. Together, these features marry the indoor and outdoor spaces of the home, encouraging guests to move freely, often spilling out onto the manicured lawn beyond.
Once the party wraps, their elegant ensuite provides a luxe private respite. In the dressing room, quartz crystal chandeliers and quilted leather drawer fronts create a glam backdrop for a cozy velvet seating area, while the massive soaker tub creates the ultimate place to unwind.
